If you have interacted with PhysioCarePMS through Meta platforms (including WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook messaging), you may also request deletion of data processed via these channels.
We use Meta Platforms, Inc. as a technical service provider to facilitate messaging services. Data shared through these platforms is processed only for message delivery and system functionality.
Deletion of your data from our system does not automatically delete data stored by Meta Platforms. You may also need to refer to Meta's privacy tools and policies for platform-level deletion.
All verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7-30 days, depending on technical and legal requirements.
